2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When you visit this website, access data needed for its technical operation is processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, and information about your browser and operating system.
This data is processed to ensure that the website operates securely and reliably and to detect and prevent technical problems or misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued is to ensure the secure and smooth operation of this website.
3. Website traffic statistics with Webalizer
The Webalizer software provided as part of the hosting service is used for technical and statistical analysis of the website.
Webalizer analyses server access data. IP addresses are truncated for statistical purposes. No tracking cookies are set, and no additional data is transmitted to external analytics services such as Google Analytics.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is to analyse website traffic and improve the technical performance of my website.
The server log files used for this analysis are deleted after seven days. Beyond this period, only anonymised statistical reports that cannot be linked to individuals are retained.
4. Web analytics with DooStats
The self-hosted web analytics software DooStats is also used to analyse how this website is used. DooStats is hosted within our own web hosting account. The analytics data collected by DooStats is not shared with the software developer or with external analytics or advertising services.
DooStats does not use tracking cookies. The data collected for statistical analysis includes page views, pages visited, referring websites, device and browser types, and technical errors such as 404 errors.
Visitors’ IP addresses are processed briefly to distinguish unique and returning visitors and to generate statistics by country and display the live map. IP addresses are processed only temporarily in memory and are not stored in the DooStats database.
The purpose of this processing is to analyse website usage, identify the most frequently viewed content, and improve the website’s technical performance and content. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued is to measure website traffic while keeping data processing to a minimum and to improve the website.
Statistical data stored in DooStats is retained for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted.
5. Contact enquiries
If you contact me using the contact form, by email or by telephone, the data you provide will be processed to handle your enquiry.
You are under no obligation to contact us. If you use the contact form, we need your name, email address and message. Without these details, your enquiry cannot be submitted through the form or answered. You can also contact us by telephone.
For enquiries about a booking or a potential stay, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract.
For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued is to respond to your enquiry.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or perform the contract. Any statutory retention requirements continue to apply.
6. Booking calendar
The booking calendar on this website is hosted within our own web hosting account and is used solely to show the availability of the holiday apartment.
The calendar does not incorporate any external tracking or analytics services.
7. Google Maps
Google Maps is not embedded in this website.
This website contains only a link to Google Maps. You will leave this website and access Google Maps only if you click that link. Google is then responsible for any further processing of your data.
8. Cookies and tracking
With its current technical configuration, this website does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking cookies that require consent.
The self-hosted DooStats software described in section 4 is used for internal statistical analysis. DooStats does not set tracking cookies and does not transmit the analytics data collected to external analytics or advertising services.
With the current technical configuration, no cookie or consent banner is displayed.

Personal data is disclosed only to the extent necessary to provide the website, handle your enquiry or perform a contract.
